The proposed research program is to be carried out within two years. During the year 2006 and in the beginning of 2007 data collection and analysis will be done. The latter half of the project will be used to developing the constructs and exclusively to publishing and disseminating the research results to create increasing output of world class research as well as disseminating effectively the findings to practitioners and policy makers.
